For rates relating to periods shorter than one week (rates are higher than the weekly price divided into 7 days), please send a request by e-mail.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE THE CITY TAX.
The city tax is € 1.50 per night per person (from 18 years of age).

Services included in the price

  • – Well equipped kitchen with cloth and tablecloth
    – Dishwasher in the apartment (2 tablets included)
    – A weekly cleaning excluding kitchenette (subject to extra cost)
    – Consumption
    – WI-FI network
    – Terrace overlooking the sea and mountains on the fifth floor, accessible 24h from guests
    – Laundry area, with washing machine, iron and ironing board, for common use
    – Safe in the apartment
    – TV
    – Disabled access

Services EXTRA OPTIONAL

  • Cleaning of the apartment upon request € 25,00- kitchen area is excluded;
  • Change of sheets for 2 people € 4,00;
  • Change of towels for 2 people € 6,00;
  • Municipal parking, car pass € 20,00 per week or € 8 per day.
