For rates relating to periods shorter than one week (rates are higher than the weekly price divided into 7 days), please send a request by e-mail.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE THE CITY TAX but it is suspended until 31st October 2021

 

WINTER TIMETABLE: Monday to Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Sunday CLOSED.

ORARIO CHECK-IN: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
ORARIO CHECK-OUT: before 10 AM

 

RESIDENCE COLOMBO REGULATIONS

Services included in the price

  • Linen for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen with midweek change;
  • One weekly cleaning, kitchen area excluded;
  • Consumption
  • Wi-Fi network.

Services EXTRA OPTIONAL

  • Cleaning of the apartment upon request € 25,00- kitchen area is excluded;
  • Change of sheets for 2 people € 4,00;
  • Change of towels for 2 people € 6,00;
  • Municipal parking, car pass € 20,00 per week or € 8 per day.

PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENTS
